A lot : No paid time off with bad weather Work by yourself- no breaks really No actual store management- any questions you message the director Very secretive no communication Operating on three person staff Turn key operation - the director hadn’t shown up after we opened ( he’s in Florida) no one from HQ had come in to see what’s going on . This starter company has a lot to learn about running a store in NY .
