Pros
For the first 15 years of working there, the company vigorously pursued jobs to build the company, becoming a solid company with a reputation for excellent work. They treated the employees fairly and with respect.
Cons
If asked this question 3 years ago my answer would have been very brief as I would have had very little to comment on. During the last 3 years, however, the work environment has changed, jobs are not being pursued resulting in a shortlist of small jobs. Favoritism has become the status quo.
