      Pros

      WFH, Good IT Assets. Work Culture use to be great.

      Cons

      inferiority complex, NA member word is final regardless of truth. Some policies or work pattern which complely makes you feel BPO culture. Most horrible decision of management to hire serior management from outside that too from Ed tech sales, banking/insurance sales. This has lead to too much micro-management zero help etc.

      Completely remote. People can find pros and cons of this facility for themselves

      Less in employee strength Pushed to productivity without complete support and training Leadership started judging on the basis of performance ignoring the fact that that you’re new and complete training and support is unavailable Performance expectation is same from you and a 2 years old employee.
