      Micromanagement and bullying.

      Pros

      No weekend working and annual bonus. Jacqui is a great CEO with a clear vision and the product is good.

      Cons

      Really bad micromanaging, creating hostile environments, poor mental health, bullying from colleagues in the team and managers who overlook all of it and also mistreat you and belittle you. Promised hybrid working 2 days per week during interview process for it to be rejected when brought up again. Do not recommend this job.

      Customers are usually pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Management like to micro manage, set unrealistic targets, and then publicly humiliate you on group calls/meetings if you don’t achieve what was targeted for you. Very patronising senior management.
