Fantastic culture, quite relaxed, solid management and the most transparency I've ever seen.
Cons
Only issue would be common amongst start ups centring around internal systems that can be tricky to navigate i.e. databases, documentation etc. It's not a big issue but I am made to give a con so if I had too this would be it
