      Money in the bank every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Soul destroying toxic work environment. Gossiping control room and management run by gangs. Favoritism / nepotism run deep, right to the top rung. Do not trust HR or union, they will not help you.

      Fair salary , lots of Overtime available to make up salary good team , banter , fun place to work most of time

      Cons

      long hours Poor driver schedules , poor rotas , poor breaks lots of weekend work . Zero chance of development - unless your face fits Disciplinary procedures out of control with zero support
