Disorganized Booking System; Admins are a bit subjective

Paid on time; fast turnaround time when there are concerns within the lesson period
Cons
1) Disorganized booking system _ Some supporters are unruly and steal other supporter's booked lessons. Because of this, there is an extra load of unpaid work for the supporters on booking and guarding their booked lessons. The admin and management has been keeping mum about this and no one has been dealt with on stealing other supporter's booking. Instead, supporters are left fighting with each other & resolving the issues on their own. The management has been very strict ONLY WITH HOW WE DO OUR JOB IN RELATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. They do not seem to care about the infighting. This issue makes other supporters feels like the management doesn't really care about the them as long as their company gains financially. 2) PH-based Admins are SOMETIMES subjective When concerns and suggestions about the booking systems are raised, they are often met with antoginism. They'd beat around the bush or worse, become rude. A simple "Yes, we'll look into your suggestion & see what we can do about it." Would have solved most disputes. On the contrary, they are friendly & very helpful only with concerns that involves their customers such as sudden power or internet outage, tech issues, etc. 3) YOU CAN'T DO FULL TIME WORK HERE- Although they ask the supporters' commitment to working full-time or part-time each month, they do not have the system to ensure the allotted working hours is observed. Instead, it ends up with full-time supporters working less or part-time supporters working more than the committed time. Low student bookings or cancellations, are exempted in this issue as these are uncontrollable events. Again, there is simply a failure to monitor the number of hours each supporter gets in relation to their committed number of working hours.
