      •Incredible ownership •Family-friendly culture •Excellent benefits package •Generous paid time off •Flexible scheduling •Positive team atmosphere •Employee well-being is a priority •Recognition and appreciation •Low-stress environment •Extremely Clean Facility (cleanest facility and production floor I’ve ever seen!)

      Honestly this was a tough one as I don’t have many cons but here are some small ones. • Lack of clear career development/advancement paths (each persons path will differ) •Occasional disconnect between leadership and staff
