Pros
Ability to Work from home. Decent medical benefits.
Cons
Zero training. Overworked. Zero support. Bad workers not held accountable. Good workers rewarded with extra work. No OT so you can never catch up. Demanding, disrespectful clients. No support from management. Only concerned with bringing in more business. Without adding employees.
