Management and Leadership:
The management style always felt disconnected, micromanaged and lacked clear direction. Decisions seemed to be made in isolation without considering employee feedback or the practical implications on our day-to-day work. This often led to confusion and a sense of misalignment within the team.
Career Development:
Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement appeared limited and were not clearly communicated. Individual has be assigned with scope that is out of their profession due to last of resources.
Company Culture:
The company culture was not as inclusive or positive as I had hoped. Feedback was often disregarded, and there seemed to be a lack of effort in building a cohesive team environment. This contributed to a feeling of isolation and lack of engagement among employees.
