Pros
- You deal only with the client, so you receive only your pay from RedOpus. - Paid at time. - They can get you the authorization of work to France in short time.
Cons
- When You read the work contract you feel it's a fidelity contract not a job contract. - Ask in the contract 3 years of fidelity and have to pay 19kЄ if you decide to quit before the end of 3 years. - You are not payed the public holiday during the 3st months. - They don't give or pay RTT. - I'ts small ESN, so you can't get a really intresting projects with them.
