Pros
Freshers will get too much work load which may be good for them so they can think about joining here at very bottom level. But there are far better small scale companies in market who will value you and your work.
Cons
Most of the reviews from here are fake about this company. I am a former employee of this company. They kicked me out for no reason and kept my last month salary pending for 3 months. And after calling them too many times they gave me 70% of my last month's salary. And the very funny part about them was they called me after 3 months and told me to put good reviews about the company on Glassdoor and Google or else they will not pay my last month salary. Sorry if someone has seen my previous review and based on that tried to find his/her career with this company.
