Pros
Great commission structure, probably the best in the industry.
Cons
Quite simply put, this company has major flaws ranging from management level all the way down to remuneration. On a personal note, I was misled during the interview only for issues to come out of the woodwork months later. A terrible basic salary, no allowances, and a further 25% "tax" deduction on your commission earnings PER DEAL.
