Pros
Great values-driven culture, where everyone values trust and collaboration. Strong product, with a great proposition. Customers almost can't believe what it does when they see it. Leadership is very open-minded, forward-looking & accessible, They are quick to listen and to act on recommendations from new joiners. Great office spaces in superb locations that are simply nice places to be. Plenty of opportunities to grow & develop alongside the company.
Cons
The company is at a stage where it needs to think about the future and act less like a startup. This is natural, and a good fit some some people that want to join. It might not be what others are looking for.

Pros
High freedom, trust and autonomy. Really nice people. A culture that says "we're not here to be right, we're here to get it right". One of the best leadership teams I have been able to work in, everyone comes willing to give and receive feedback, is quick to admit mistakes and course correct. I like that people really want to produce quality work that they are proud of.
Cons
Need to have a good internal drive and strong self-management skills to thrive in the culture. Working in distributed teams/asynchronous comms means communication can easily become siloed if you're not seeking interaction and providing updates.
