Working at Regin has shown me that there are employers out there willing to listen and learn from you, even at the top level. We all work together just like one big family at Regin, and truely have made some great friendships there as well as just collegues. Great prospoects, excellent management, also willing to listen and really good use of meeting time and efficiency. No time is wasted at Regin, so if we want to have a stand up meeting for 10 minutes in the office to clear some agendas and catch up instead of a formal sit down meeting, we will do just that. The freedom in my role is there to allow me to grow the business. Good work hard, play hard mentality which is just what I like. Also great praise from the MD's. It's one of those jobs you can never see leaving because you won't want to!
