must say that one of the standout aspects of the company is the incredibly nice and respectful people I've had the pleasure of working with. The company culture promotes a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect, which makes the work environment feel welcoming and supportive. I believe there's room for growth in the creative department. The team is supportive and the environment is professional, but I feel we could benefit from designing more creative projects in the future. I have noticed that there's an opportunity to enhance the overall design quality of our projects.
