Seems good at the start of your career.
Cons
No work ethics. Each person tries to overshadow the other persons good work. Increments are given by looking at the face of a person and not by his job. Even if you oppose a unnecessary work due to which other timelines are fired nobody gives a damn. They just want to satisfy their egos. Nobody cares about the company and their work. A dead environment for a good working employee. If you are a fresher then just take max 2 years of experience and without looking back leave asap. As you stay more you get less value and are prone to politics
