      Says how they always take care of employees and go on and on about it but lays off majority of staff during crisis... take note of actions during a crisis before coming here.

      The COVID pandemic was tough on everybody, and laying off part of our team was crushing. It was one of the worst days in our company history. But we have worked like crazy to weather the storm. We are truly sorry we had to lay you off. It was nothing we ever thought we would have to do. We've done everything we can to ensure this never happens again. Please accept our sincerest apology.       Pros

      When you work at RTS, you truly feel like a family/team player. The leadership at this company does amazing job of making sure you know that your ideas and thoughts are truly heard and valued. Their many goal is provide help and resources for you to succeed at your highest potential.

      Cons

      This job can have long hours that require a lot of grit.

      Terrible support system, burn and churn employees, unaccepting. Want boot lickers, old heads have toxic egos and are full of themselves.

      We have great Sales leads, a dedicated Sales trainer, and two weeks of orientation, and we're pretty proud of it! We take great care in training and keeping our employees, which is why we spend time and dedicate people to help them excel in their role. That being said, we are sorry you had a less than optimal experience with us, and we are always looking for ways to improve, so we will review our processes and continue to make them better.
