      Alot of money to be made.

      Bad hours, Extreme Micro Management, Unless you make them a lot of money they do not care about you.

      We care deeply about our team, which is why many departments have the ability to modify their hours or occasionally work from home. It's true that our Sales positions require dedication and a big time commitment, but they also come with great earning potential.       Pros

      A great place to work. I love the people I work with. If you put in the work you can make a lot of money. There are LAE's making one million in salary and LAE's hitting six figures before the one year mark. It is the real deal if you are willing to put in the work. The opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      There is no substitute for hard work. You must be willing to grind. You have to have thick skin and be willing to pound the phone making cold calls. The systems have their issues. Training isn't optimal.

      Thanks a million for the detailed review! Working as an AE does give you the chance for uncapped earning potential here at RTS, but it does require some effort. With regards to our training program--we know it has some weaknesses. We are in the process of bettering that system. Do you have any specific changes you recommend that we make?

      At RTS you are surrounded by driven, talented people which consist mostly of young and full of energy people. The management team INVESTS IN THE SUCCESS of the employees. You work in a very fun, energetic team atmosphere where I promise you will enjoy going to work each and every day. The opportunity depends on YOU but with a sales mindset you'll make good money and you have a unlimited growth potential. The industry is in a huge growth period and RTS is taking advantage of this.

      Cons

      The industry in competitive , cut throat and every day presents a new challenge. You will have after hours calls because this industry never stops moving! You will have weeks you work more than 40+ hours but you get out what you put in.

      Hi! Since you wrote this, we have made many modifications to our training program, including a two-week orientation with our Corporate Trainer and role-based training after that. Regarding the treatment of employees, we have always attempted to provide a fair environment where everyone feels appreciated for their work. Most people have said to us that they really feel like part of a team here, so perhaps your experience was the exception. Nevertheless, we will try to make sure absolutely no one else feels this way.
