- Offboarding is another nightmare. Instead of arranging pickup (as is standard), they pressured me to personally deliver equipment, even sending me a Google Maps pin via WhatsApp. This shifts cost, time, and responsibility unfairly to the employee despite the equipment not even being suitable for the job in the first place.
