      Pros

      - Great product (was very easy to sell to stakeholders) - Good pay and fun work environment - Very delivery focused, rewarding environment

      Cons

      - As with any startup there are a lot of changes. But the CEO (Elmar) is a top guy and was always easy to talk to.
