- work with super smart, passionate, talented people in the industry - very supportive managers and a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration - no handholding! Managers empower you to do the work

Cons

Work is remote and if you’re based outside the US, you have to get used to late night or early morning team meetings. Not that bad, but might take time getting used to for others.
