the pay is acceptable, but not for what you will endure.
Cons
This place will make you lose your sanity. Everything you say and do in any of these stores is recorded and monitored. Management is absolutely delusional. Adam, one of the owners, is extremely manipulative and does nothing but damage the experience for anyone that works there. He redefines the term micromanage. He tells store mangers exactly what to say and how to discipline their staff while also undermining them publicly- at team meetings or in the company group chat. The only way to describe the way this business is run is toxic.
