Pros

They will hire anyone ... really anyone.

Cons

They will hire anyone (with or without skills) The Management is chaotic and really has no clue on what it is doing. Its run with the seat of your pants logic.. instead of a real business plan. Good Management is leaving and only the bad ones are staying. Making a complaint to HR on anything is seen as a negative against you.. and will lead to you getting fired. There is no work life balance. your either 100% for them.. or.. your not a good employee. Financial outlook changes depending on the month. Constantly blames lower employees for problems even though.. the upper management made the business choices that are causing issues.

Pros

The majority of the co-workers were wonderful to work with.

Cons

Corrupt, mis-managed company. Most management are spineless "yes" men, as long as you do not speak up to upper management you will be fine. The company has grown too fast without the needed workforce placing stress and unrealistic workloads on the employees. They will have a great few months then business will slow and they will either layoff or penalize current employees. Lack of communication and no appreciation for employees that do their jobs and do it well. Not uncommon to see employees outside crying due to the stress of the job. Not a good place to work!

Pros

-The people and the culture were once some of the best. -They once cared about employees overworking themselves, and would try to remedy by allowing a few extra sick days.

Cons

Management changed to adopt a 10% layoff rule to keep their operating costs down, but wouldn't hire new employees for months. Constant fear of being the next to be let go. After a round of layoffs, upper management would congratulate themselves with an expensive trip abroad. They wouldn't pay to train new employees properly, just toss them into the fray. New career opportunities meant playing ball with the system, instead of trying to better it. The pay was well below the market average. Constantly changing health providers every year, means you wouldn't always be able to keep you doctor year after year. Loads of employee fraternization and ensuing drama.
