Pros

Pros are that you get featured on LinkedIn...for all the wrong reasons. Dissapointly sold on a dream, built a lot for this company to be fired without a real reason. Do yourself a favor and find a real company to grow your career.

Cons

Retention has a retention problem. Both customers and employees alike.

Pros

- Remote work. - Some people.

Cons

Not the kind of place that anyone who actually has their head screwed on would want to work. Where do I begin? Leadership that has no real idea of what they're doing, fronted by the delusional and narcissistic CEO. He's on linkedin singing his own praises and "building in public", while simultaneously displaying his fake empathy when explaining the reasons for laying off 40% of the company. Pull back the curtain and Retention.com is doing terribly. I still speak with present employees who say it's a car crash and are looking to get out asap. The pay is also quite pitiful for a tech company with very little other benefits to accompany this. As you may see by reading prior reviews, there are quite mixed opinions. Some reviews go as far to say "the negative reviews are untrue". These people are simply brown nosers and part of the wider circle-jerk of nonsense that takes place here. That's what I hate most about the tech industry, this bizarre pollyana-esque fake positivity and retention.com has plenty. Don't take me as a scorned ex-employee but rather someone who wants to provide the cold, hard truth. I could honestly go on for days about this but I will spare you the details and instead implore you to avoid this company if you're a decent person who wants to earn a living and build a career in the tech industry.
