Pros
Helpful mentors . Salary on time High scope to become TL in a year if you perform amazing. Very limited calls for night shift . Although shifts are rotational .if you are lucky u can get night shift. There were days I took 0 calls . But that when Revv was fairly new.
Cons
The hub department where the car are issued are complete mess. Clients trash talk customer support as they get bad quality cars. The target to reach max intensive is very volatile . 4-5 negative reviews and your CSAT goes down the drain. We customer service team get very bad rep due to pathetic car services from hubs Call flow can be back to back on rush hours
