Awful company to work for, they threaten you to achieve results otherwise they’ll make you work longer hours even though you already work 8-5:30. They try to make it seem like they’re a fun company but in reality they’re unprofessional, and make people especially women feel uncomfortable. A LOT of drinking happens. The misconduct of how they treat employees is appalling, there’s a lot of work place bullying which is supposed to be seen as fun banter or helping people be successful. They’re racist, misogynistic, prejudiced and ignorant. There is no HR in existence and if you want to raise something it is handled by the directors who ignore/dismiss what you say and justify why treating employees like they do is valid. Save your mental health and don’t work for this company.
