      Friendly employees, flexibility, the annual sale.

      Cons

      Poor pay, always a popularity contest, lots of backstabbers, no decent increase in the long run.

      Pros

      Flexible work-hours. Free parking in front. Workers are listen, managers and owners are friendly. pool, ping-pong, table hockey available. There is also a Gym. Cash bonus when you reference someone and he/she says in the company. Anual awards.

      Cons

      In general people don't have a vision of the company business. Path to raise salary or promotion is not clear. Initial salary are down the average.

      Pros

      good place to get some experience. you are allowed to do and learn tasks that most major corporations will not allow until you have many years of experience. Its mostly a popularity contest so if you're social you can get away with doing almost no work. Management and owners are very friendly.

      Cons

      Salary freeze, raises are almost never given and when a raise is finally given (once every 5 years) it is capped at a maximum of 3%. the owners are very cheap and greedy! Old technology is another con, chances are none of the software you are using will be used at other companies so the skills you get are not really applicable in your future
