Pros
There's never a dull moment, every time you turn around there's a new project with a new set of challenges to solve. RightBrain Networks works only with cloud technologies which keeps everyone working with the newest and hottest technology there is. Everyday there's a new challenge to learn something new or to automate something you already know. The idea of the company is to automate everything so you don't end up doing the same work over and over. Career advancement is natural, every employee learns so much new tech every year that they're always adding to their skill set. Benefits package is amazing, I've never heard of or seen anyone offer such generous benefits.
Cons
Challenging, everyone is always on their toes and sometimes pushed out side their comfort level. Consulting is hard, at RightBrain Networks is a leader in the field but it can be challenging to innovate rapidly and convey highly technical concepts to clients, especially ideas that are built on abstract concepts that the client is not exactly familiar with. There are times where you have to take work home, just as you do in most startups or engineering organizations.
