Misleading and finite.

The job existed... work was there, for three months.

Cons

The job is stated as full time at the interview. It is far from that and seasonal. This is not made apparent when interviewed. Start time range from 1:30 am to 8:30 am and full time work is not consistent. Lies. Work dries up by way of the schedule just disappearing. There is no formal lay off or dismissal. It’s pathetic. They just let you figure it out on your own when you have two days on the schedule and then zero.

Going to work at 3/4/5AM every time you're called in. You aren't allowed to call off pretty much ever, even though they know you have school or another job which makes it impossible to schedule anything during the week. They call you in the day before and don't give you an option to say no. A lot of people are hired expecting full-time, but after a month or two you get scheduled less and less. Also they tell people they will be full time, and tell other people its seasonal.
