      The pay is kinda decent and the product is solid

      Cons

      The CEO hires all his buddies and family, and if you're not part of that inner circle you'll have a rough time. Watching the way they've treated employees they decided they just didn't like is shocking. Performance expectations feel arbitrary with no clear expectations or room for growth
