Not really any that I can think of right now

Plenty: The phone call with me stating these problems happened a full week ago, (over 5 business days if we want to be precise) where I was told thanks for the feedback, we will address and fix this problem immediately. It is about a week later, and still no fix. Currently, it is a Saturday as I am writing this, approximately 2hrs after trying to contact someone about this(I emailed them Friday afternoon actually, then tried to text and call someone today). I was actually texted back(thanks) and told I would be contacted on Monday when in the office.(gee thanks, how thoughtful) They must be on “business day” time while the rest of us have to wait all weekend waiting. Waiting to get paid, waiting for a response, ect. In summary, in the world that I grew up in, I was taught that actions speak louder than words. With ROBAL, it doesn’t seem to have been ANY actions taken to remedy these problems, and their words(mostly false promises) mean even less. Thanks for Caring about us ROBAL!
