Not a good company for developers

Pros

1. Learn on your own to build your career. 2. Very handful good projects

Cons

1. Does not care about your career. Asks you to shift from node.js to .Net, .Net to angular, Angular to Ruby on Rails, Ruby on rails to something else within few months for freshers. Sometimes even asks you to work on C++. 2. Not paying variable pay and hike from 4 months. 3. Performance appraisal will be done throughout the year. #November to #December they will give 1 day(8.5hr) assessment test to build a first class app. #January to #February they conduct viva on the assessment test which you have forgotten. #March they ask you to submit self appraisal form without fail and give assurance of completing the appraisal process by the end of month. #April to #May project managers does not submit their feedback and few submit without conducting meeting. Give assurance of sanctioning variable pay for few lower band employees and rest by next month. #June postpones the variable pay and hike for another month. #July they starts distributing peanut hike letter after delaying for 4 months and hires dozens of freshers to replace. #August #September and #October freshers will be trained on the technology on which resigned employees are working. #November resigned seats will be replaced by freshers and again assessment test will start and cycle proceeds.

Learn how Corporate company cheat their employees nicely. You can see Company even will not follow its own promises, even though they have given in written it its all about money.

Cons

Even, good reviews to this site is put by Management team it self ..!!!! So so so worst company that I can't think. Its India that they can do anything by name of Jobs...

Friendly co-workers the only plus thing.

There are numerous to list! 1. That's a known story to everyone that CTC includes your variable pay and of course you never get what you deserve. 2. Sadist kind of work environment. If you don't complete your wing hours your EL/CL even your Loss of pay may be deducted. Please note that they have ninja technique of being inhuman toward employees so they have two different zones of counting working hour, one is inside office and second inside your wing. And wing hour should be 8.5 hours, which is pretty insane. Management still doesn’t know terms like Quality and Quantity. So employees cut short their tea time and lunch time to fulfill this time boundaries. 3. 90 day’s notice period if you resigns and 2 min notice when they fire you. According to company 90 days is for knowledge transfer and removing all dependencies from the employee. And it turns out like these 90 days are not enough for the talent management to find a replacement. Looks like somebody lacks talent! Instead of starting KT they start taking more work from the employee with the aim of extracting most out of him. Little did they know if a person has already made up his mind to leave you, will not be in any mood to work. It’s wasting his time as well as your time. 4. 3 years “Service bond”. Since the company runs on fresher’s shoulders they had to come up with a solution to make freshers stay and voila! What better than a bond. That too for 3 long years. Of course, employees are forced to stay or pay against the agreement. 5. HR’s are deaf when it comes to employee’s grievances. Be it any matter related to appraisal, leaves, bond, payroll etc. Beware of asking any help from HR, they might humiliate you! And whatever question you ask them, their answer will be illogical, rude and even will get angry on you. 6. All positive review in glassdoor is fake. Don’t believe them.
