      Some very smart and kind people, remote work forward

      Cons

      No actual strategy from leadership other than 'we want to grow', no investment internally, and very little governance with internal processes. High management turnover due to lack of strategy as well as burn out of our best individual contributors out by putting all the work on them and having no sound strategy for enabling others. There are about 5 people who make the majority of decisions and there is very little communication around these decisions.

      Lost its Way in 2023

      International company, competitive pay, lots of entrepreneurship in the company

      Cons

      Company really lost its way in 2023, most of the top leadership has now turned over. The company has lost about 1/6th of its resources from the peak in mid 2023. In 2022-2023, the company had real issues figuring out how to grow organically, and instead focused on a growth strategy of mergers and acquisition

      Great Company to Work for until it no longer was...

      The company is growing very fast providing many growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Job security. The fast growth also has its downside, for instance in order to stay competitive number-wise a lot of people were let go with various reasons aside from lay off to protect the reputation of the company. Understandable, however, unfair to the employees.
