      Flexibility, Pay is ok, good projects

      Cons

      Horrible management, you will be asked to change projects every few days, no structure, permanent pressure as everything is urgent, working under the clock every single day The company has had a huge rotation of personnel, people resign after few weeks because of these management problems that make work a nightmare
