Pros
Very good place for those artist who are passionate about arts and creativity. And One of the good companies in India, that develop awesome artworks(2d + 3D) and atleast have that thinking to grow crative more and compete with international market.Now they are in a growing phase in animation also. salary is no bar if artist wants to grow creatively and door of opportunities/facilities are open for them always. So for learning, its a great place and those who wants to do day to day normal job, its Not a proper place for you guys and stop being negetive. And for me its not a negetive thing, when their expectation comes for quality only.
Cons
less Fun activities(Birthday bash/artist of the month kind of), and because of that, it might feel monotonous for some time.less party and office outing, which was frequent before. Just a request for management to stop doing instant solution of any problems, it's better to start believing in long term solution which will make you transparent to each and every employees.
