      There is no any pros.

      Cons

      Extremely micromanagement Too low salary Extremely overtime Overtime until to midnight They want you to work even in the weekends(Every single weekend) In the remote days, they want you to stay in the discord all the time. So, it is even hard to go to the thoilet. Managers never understand you. They push you all the time until you burn out. When you even burn out, they still want you to work. CEO is extremely narcissist. Nepotism is in everywhere. If you are not a close one of the CEO, you are not gonna get promoted. CEO is talking about his wealth all the time even in the big company meetings. He is humiliating us with his money and wealth.

      The HR team was very friendly and approachable. The case study was explained clearly and in detail. They provided feedback within 5 days as promised.

      Cons

      The job posting appears to be only for show. It does not seem like the casework submissions are genuinely reviewed. Hiring decisions seem to favor personal references rather than professional qualifications.
