A business in free-fall

You desperately need a job and are willing to be treated harshly and run off when the next scapegoat is needed

Cons

The atmosphere is poison. The company has one customer: Hyatt hotels. Roomlinx over-promised and cannot come close to delivering. Hyatt has put them on probation and now the company's management is turning on their employees for monthly sacrificial lambs. It can't last long before Hyatt pulls the plug. The stock has plunged. Moral is horrible and employees are fearful. Roomlinx's iTV product is outdated. Their high speed internet service for hotel guests is crippled by a 3rd party vendor that cannot deliver and the house of cards is shaky as a result.

Co-workers trying hard despite adversities, good product and service, strong NOC team

Cons

Very little appreciation of employees, directionless, poorly managed marketing team, revolving door for executive team, mediocre benefits, high employee turnover, poorly trained and motivated account managers, too many short-term contract developers with no skin in the game. Company-wide goal-setting and time management are not there. Everything is putting out fires.
