      - Team that knows to respect and give opportunity - No idea of yours will ever be rejected just like that, you get to see your ideas succeed or fail -Team here is all about work when in office, and all about fun when outdoors(experience from the recent offsite) - Every team member has a positive work pressure of doing something better than the previous day - Perfect work-life balance, no intervention from office of any kind during weekend or post EOD
