Rootworks is a wonderful company to be a part of. You can feel a solid and healthy work culture from day one and it'll continue to grow. Mental health is a priority for all team members and vacations or using PTO are strongly encouraged. Management is open-minded and you can feel confident telling them the truth about anything or everything. The entire Rootworks team is your collective cheering section, and everyone wants to see you succeed.
Cons
No place is perfect and Rootworks can be a little disorganized at times.
