Good place to learn but not a employee friendly organisation

Pros

It’s a good place to learn since the product is big and consumed by multiple platforms.

Cons

Not employees friendly. Keep doing work for day and night and still management will not be happy and will keep asking for more. No appreciation and no basic benefits for employee. They might call you and ask you to work even if you are on planned leave.

None that I could think of. Salary could be good but again like I said expectations are unrealistic.

Cons

1. CEO needs to have realistic expectation. 2. Product needs to be fully developed before pitching as an ERP Solutions. 3. Very childish / amature / egoistic behavior towards employees.

The company and top management is really good

Cons

Even though the top management is really good, the middle managers do not give proper knowledge transfer and they claim 5 days week for working, but they ask almost every weekend to work. There's no time constraints, they cal you any time even after the working hours
