Unrealistic deadlines, micromanagement from the managers, always a foul smell around the area, they hate hybrid working, feels like they are all show but is ran like a madhouse, unrealistic expectations, lack of knowledge for certain roles, little progression

Rowen Homes has a super 'motivational teamwork' culture which makes the company a real pleasure to work for. The management encourage ideas from all departments and collaboration amongst the whole team.

Cons

Very fast paced which is mostly positive but can at times be daunting.
