      Pros

      Excellent leadership and management from top to bottom. The local management team "stays out of your knickers" and let's you do your job w/o micro-managing everything you're asked to do by the client. In other words, they trust you and your expertise.

      Cons

      Absolutely none! Best company I've ever worked for in over 30 years of military and civilian service. My only advice, which really isn't anything new to the management team at S4, Inc. because they're already doing it, is to just keep doing what you're doing.

      Pros

      Head office personnel are awesome: always friendly and willing to help! Company is very flexible with earned time off, comp time, flexible schedule and understands family needs. Hands off leadership.

      Cons

      As a contractor, pay is set per the contract, so no room pay increase, and in my current position, no potential to move up unless I relocate.
