Being told you have to work fifteen minutes without pay every shift because they expect you to already be in the wards by the time your shift starts Being told they may deny you calling in sick if they don’t think the excise is good enough Staff talking about other staff behind their backs Being treated like an on call worker but not being paid as such Pay is worse than a retail job
