Pros

QA department ...initial collector training....HR and floor managers are solid ....

Cons

No management training...you are left to learn it on the fly .not one day did I receive any help even when asked for it....you will be micro managed and spend 75 % of day answering emails ...no time to develop skill for staff.4bof 5 managers have less than 1 year tenure....could be huge factor.....moral is at all time low due to recent changes in leadership....if you apply ask how many directors and vp,s and managers the company has had in 2 years....the # will frighten . Expect to be managed via email which has no throttle it is never ending due to the publishers lack of operational experience... ...I am not writing this as a disgruntled employee....I've nev er written on this or any other site regarding past job experiences.....writing it so the next person knows not to waste 6 or 8 months with a company that will use individuals as scapegoats to protect themselves......one common denominator for all the bad in the Orlando site....it's the person in charge of running it....

Pros

No pros at all! I would not recommend working at SAFCO! I have nothing nice to say about the company.

Cons

Executives are all over the place and they do not communicate with each other. The work schedules are ridiculous and horrible.

We’re disappointed that you found your years at SAFCO to be unfulfilling. We strive hard to create an environment that supports the ongoing development of our team members into the Company’s future leaders. Our historically low turnover rates at all levels support that. As a member of leadership, it’s important to remember that you are expected to thoroughly learn your job and dedicate yourself to excellence so you can guide your team to achieve their goals. It’s also important that you are able to accept constructive criticism in order to improve your performance as you grow. Best wishes in your career.

Pros

there are none I can think off

Cons

I see and hear Safco collections mgt putting up all these phony great reviews to counter the poor review my peers have set up. The place is run like a prison- no cell phones no flex schedules, it gets worse each day NM. As a gay man I can you the sexist and homophobic remarks by Orlando Collections CS mgt gets tiring. I cannot believe in 2016 I have to listen to disgusting anti gay comments
