Long hours and sporadic schedule, but that is expected in the sports and entertainment

There are not many cons.

All of the full-time staff is white except the Asian man that grew up with the owners son. Unorganized. No accountable with upper management. If you text, email or call upper management there is no response even in emergency situations regarding your work location. Mostly young people that have no life or job experience just possibly a college degree. They often have no idea what to do and it shows. Pay is all over the place. Last minute notice of event selection.

Management and higher ups don’t really care much about the employees. And to be fair they have a huge staff (over 1000 people) and a lot of those individuals have one goal, “how can I get thru the day with doing as little work possible?”

SAFE Management is easily one of the worst Security companies in the country. From their Managers to their Security Team Members • SAFE seriously lacks ANY of the moral compass & code of conduct that they walk around with, knowing that the company is horribly run. For a year & a half: I dealt w/ nothing but: Nonsense, Inconsistent Hours, and otherwise. Some of the senior leadership is obviously racist (you'll find out very quickly who). I'm just thankful I'm a big deal outside of being an unappreciated asset to them for a year & a half I do NOT recommend black people, Black women especially (unless you're a bully & mean-spirited because SAFE loves and honors those qualities, you'll even get promoted if you're mean-spirited) bother applying for this absolutely nightmare employer.

A bit boring. There's not much to do.

They transposed the numbers on my direct deposit check so I didn’t get paid. There was zero empathy shown zero accountability no apology no taking responsibility terrible communication.. The whole structure is set up that you cannot reach anybody and you have no access to upper management. Everything is funneled through a single email and I know that they get bombarded with thousands of emails every day which I’m sure makes them jaded.. There was no way to escalate a complaint or concern. There’s no way to reach anybody in an emergency because it’s all funneled through one email. There’s so much favoritism and what can only be described as racism in the way that employees interact with each other. Some people are sleeping in a corner and some people are doing all the work and the supervisors say nothing.

The most chaotic place I've ever worked in my life in 66 years. You bid for your job, meaning first come is first served. 2) Your constantly standing in lines before your shift. Kiosk machine, shirt line, job line, and then you have to manage to find WHERE you are going to work for that day. Employees are scrambling trying to navigate. No communication on where to go or how to get there, I spent so much time asking people with NO HELP. They had people on the service level that worked there 6 months with NO CLUE where the lockers were at. Everyone there that's been there for years or more will not tell you their job title, so you won't bid for their job. SAFE can change your start time 3 hours before, with NO Accommodation for the employees. Horrible company to work for. Your better off not applying!!!! Very HIGH turn over rate!
