Cons
Risk of no work during a non-busy season. They don't let new hires work private events, so your stuck with all the big events where are at best, once a month.

A lot of positions are extremely boring but there is nothing hard to do.

Superbowl Merchandise 50% off sale) - Schedule Flexibility (choose when you want to work with no minimum amount) - Annual Raiders employee party
Cons
- Sometimes long hours 11+ - Outdoor working conditions can be severe whether it is hot weather or cold - If working outside, most of the staff get sent home early after only working 4 hours although you are scheduled for longer - Unruly customers - Supervisor favoritism
