Pros
The company has the highest attrition rate I’ve ever seen, especially in the Marketing department. The Director and Manager show no concern for the constant turnover, every month, new employees join only to be fired or leave soon after.
They also make misleading salary commitments, structuring pay with a minimal basic salary and including bonuses or incentives to avoid fair end-of-service benefits. Overall, it’s an unstable and unprofessional workplace.
Cons
Due to the lack of knowledge and leadership skills of the Head of Department, they are often easily influenced and manipulated by those they are close to or frequently interact with.
