      No Pros Don't trust them, they totally lie. Fraud Bogus company

      A fraud, bogus company who don't have any clients. They will give you the offer, but then will tell you that project has gone, so look for another option.

      Employee are asked to give the 5 rating two years before do even we exited and reviewed thinking we get good hike. Please do not refer any review of Satwic and please go ahead for good offer.

      Pros

      Unlike most others @ Satwic, I did not start my career with Satwic but I joined after my 3 years of work @IBM. Initially, I was not sure if it was the right decision but now I can definitely say it was. This is like an extended family with many opportunities to grow. I am going through a lot of good learning experience here. This is the only company I know until today, who hires mostly fresh graduate and train them to become matured professionals. People have gone to Fortune 500 companies from Satwic and doing pretty well. You can learn things faster and better here. Satwic always looks for long time relationship with their employee just like a family. Talking about the management, they are supportive and down to earth and have great moto to start this company.

      Cons

      The company is very far from my house is a disadvantage for me (may not for all :)). If it was in any IT park, it would have been much easy for me to travel.
