- Overloaded work with lack of resources. - Unqualified project management with lack of understanding of the project in nature. No plan and unclear scope. - Most of the time is pleasing customer but always came up with scope creep. - Still not a transformation corporate with agile methodology, work with waterfall and traditional banking way of work. - No senior consult, you have to stand alone by yourself. (If you like it) - Everyone work in comfort zone, favor to customer, not strive to improve the quality product for customer but follow requirement only. - Not recommend for someone who have high passion and want to improve your working standard in fintech knowledge & skills. You might have to be in a comfort zone and stay still in the corporate firm. You might get growing in the secure firm but not much growth in self development here.
